Nice memory came down this line. Thinking about this place now due to reported flooding in Bengaluru. Passengers cabins seem improved. I recall canal boat style open sided bench first class.

The story of train jouney through Nilgiri blossomed some wonderful romantic dreams about heaven. The Beauty of Heaven in the lap of Nature of Nilgiri is remarkable to keep in the memories of Nature Tour for all. Everything is there to see and feel one heart's content. The greenforest and the floating clouds in the sky and the chirping of birds and the romantic View of the valleys and the sky kissing Eucalyptus trees amazing rivers and mesmering lakes and the enthralling whistling of trains and strange tunnels all are packed in one place which is Nilgiri or Blue Mountain. Absolutely marvellous place and such magnificent Natural beauty makes us to feel the existence of Almighty in our souls. Great documentary. The narration and voice of the narrator is magnificently audible.

I have seen many videos about the Nilgiri Mountain Railway but this has to be one the very best. Congratulations to the makers of this beautiful documentary. I studied in Lovedale for 9 years and the Hill Train was an integral part of our lives. Seeing this video brought back many happy memories of the trips on the train we took in the old days.

What a delightful Railway outing this has proved to be. I feel as if I was actually on board and experiencing the sights, the sounds, the aromas as the mountain train wound it's way along this picturesque route in fascinating India. I really enjoyed as well, the gentle narration by Mr. Ramanathan. His soft commentary added to the experience. I haven't left Australia, yet I've been to India, on this mountain railway.

Being a hereditary son of The Nilgiris, I'd say this film is just not a capture of events of NMR, but runs in all hooks and corners of the greatest dream ever dreamt by the British who made impossible become possible through their unmatched dedication, sacrifice and life to bring this into my world! I am grateful to you all my life time..! Thank you.!

A very informative and colorful trip on the NMR, well supported by newspaper clippings and inputs from the people involved in the running of the train. I liked the shot of the train as the smoke moves away and the monkeys. Nice photography, narration and good editing make one feel it is not just a documentary but a personal trip. The background score was pleasant, well suited to the picturesque journey. Interviews of visitors gives it a nice touch. It is a great effort. Keep going. Thanks
