Very easy to install, love it. Everything was working fine when I connected a 56-inch light bar that will be mounted on top of the windshield, but then when I connected a 26-inch light bar that will be mounted on the hood to the second power plugs the fuse blew. Am I doing something incorrect? Im not sure what is the watts on the long lightbars.Can I connect only one light bar and the two small LED lights to one harness? Should I use a second hardness to connect more lights?

Ive been trying to figure out the same thing - I bought the 3 light kit that comes with this harness but also bought the 2 switch rockers - not sure how to wire them

I believe the white is just to light up the led in the switch. Could be wrong though

The relay is for what. What do I connect it to.? And how can I prevent it from draining my car battery.

The relay just screws into anywhere metal basically under your hood. Just a ground basically. I’m pretty sure the relay is designed so you don’t run your battery dead. Edit: I’m no electrician, and I’ve only installed a relay switch and light bars on my truck for the first time about a month ago and I’ve had no issues with battery or lights.

@@9inchrails a lot of videos I have seen involved running a wire to the fuse box, but my harness kit (nilight) does not have that. I have no experience with this, so I want to make sure I’m not missing anything. Am I over complicating it?

The rely is used to supply the power to the lights instead of running the power directly though the switch. Because of the design of the switch it will get hot and potentially melt.

Cut off the terminal and add a different connector and crimp it 😉

I have connected everything as it says to do so,but still no light. I connect to my car battery and it blew my fuse,then i used a Milwaukee battery and blew fuse again,then i used my 12v 3ah and still no light? The connections are simple so i dont get it why no power?
