because she made stuff like this, which only a small group of peopel are going to be interested in. If she had some direction and production behind her she probably could have been a much wider success. She is hot af and her voice probably is good when on key.

Everyone knew her in Europe late seventies, early eighties, in the punk era. In The Netherlands she was particularly well known for being romantically involved with a Dutch rock star of the times (who was even more deranged than she was and ultimately died of the consequences).

@@XPGrindDeathking His name was Herman Brood. He had some success with a band called "Herman Brood and his Wild Romance", made some notable records and produced hits. It didn't last because of his small minded resentful personality (he demanded all the attention basically). He was not dumb. I suspect he was too smart to put up with himself and he needed drugs and alcohol to push away the self-awarness. The alcohol took its toll on his health and at 52 he dramatically jumped from a Hilton hotel, ending his life. His cover of Frank Sinatra's "My Way" went to number 1 in The Netherlands post mortem. Whatever, the guy had (some sort of authentic) style and went out like a true rock and roll junkie. Nina wrote a song about him which really says it all: "Herman ist high". It is on KZbin too. Herman also made paintings, typically using spray cans. His work is readily recognizable. All in all, he made an impression.

I found Nina’s music through a link while listening to another German band, Kraftwerk. Since then I have come to enjoy her music. Her having the training in the different types of music, gives her music a unique sound. I like the way you tube gives you links to music that I would have never heard of. I’m a fan now.
