you can`t, only change the serial, which is not available in the latest firmware version. Just enjoy 32km/h :)

Why some settings work "for first time" is because they're already on global scooter. Unless you did recent .zip file flashing thats not available anymore any way to unlock speed is either dismantle the scooter and A) use st-link and B) change controller itself to global version or even unlocked (40km/h)

yes, it should not work for D version, there are 2 options for you - order stlink and unlock it or replace the main board to the global unlock version. Both options require dismantling the scooter and loosing the warranty, so do it on your own risk
