I have both speedi and combi, Haven't used the combi as much yet, but like another person has mention i like the fact you don't have to take out the crisper tray to see whatever your cooking at the bottom, rice, etc, plus can look through the window to see hows its doing if its not steamed up, plus has a light can turn on :), Haven't seen many brought this up in there videos, Ninja Combi does have a self cleaner, So when your cooking something that has alot of steam or just lot of water inside your unit after your done cooking take out the trays and close the door you get some message sorry don't quite remember what it says but can set a time to how long you want to clean it for til the insides becomes dry... thanks for the video! enjoy your combi can't wait for more videos on using your combi....👍

Ohhh, it's interesting that you put the crisper tray in the top pan for the chicken! I haven't tried that. Usually just put on the pan. Note: you can put aluminum foil on the cook pan to keep it clean. I love this thing! I use it every day. Sometimes 3 times. Yeah, the steam window fog is a bit of a bummer. But, that's how the machine works with steam to cook. It really doesn't bother me that much. I'm so glad you got this, because I'm excited for further videos you will put out! :) I also had the Speedi, but I really disliked having to take the crisper tray out to get to the bottom area. I am selling my Speedi.

I've had this a couple days, I love italian type dishes and this seems to do those quite well. Also a little annoyed with the glass window in the door condensation but not sure what if anything they could do about it unless they built in something to blow air on it all the time. I'm coming from a dz201 dual air fryer so this is da bomb for me love, love it. I hate cleaning up and I hate complicated cooking stuff so this is excellent for me.

Glad you decided to finally get one ! Both machines have their purpose , this is helpful for bigger portions and feeding more people, and can somewhat replace the Ninja Combi Oven too !

definitely seems ideal for cutting time/accommodating dinner/meals for larger portions or meal preps. Pop out dishes like this pour them into a single dish to cheese line the top with foil in a "real oven" while continuing to use the combi for another "meal prep" The fact that it even has a sousvide setting is pretty nice too. Which really cuts down on having to clean when ppl can get a sealer/sous vide a heap of meats/cheap meats. For an "upscaled" experience for budget cuts/options. Like a chuck steak stroganoff.

Not sure if youve found out yet, but you can take the pans out and use the "dry" function to clear the steam/condensation.

Let me know how you clean that top tray, I have trouble and have to sit it overnight using the Dawn power wash. Plus on sear saute the door has to be open.

I love both. however I see that the combi costs $ 110.00 more then the Speedi. forgetting that the Ccombi holds more food, is there any other differences that make it worth the price difference? is there anything in the Combi that you cannot do in the Speedi? does the food taste better in one of these over the other? thank you for any info. you can give me.

The Speedy rocks for 2-3 people. The Combi gives you more capacity and all that is great about the Speedy. Get you one or the other based on how many you’re cooking for!

Has anyone used the Combi to bake thinks like cookies, cake, biscuits etc? I had the Speedi but it didn’t bake well (baked too fast so too done on the outside and not as done on inside)

You didn’t put it on “BAKE”? I also didn’t pre-heat…we’ll see? 😂 I just unboxed it, it was given as a gift. I used the pan it came with, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to use the steamer tray?

Try rubbing the inside of the window with shaving cream, then wipe off with a clean cloth. Sounds weird, but it prevents fog/condensation from building up on bathroom windows & mirrors. Might just work for you!
