Can you do a video comparing the Speedi and the combo - with your preferences? Love your videos! Thanks!

The thing I love about the Speedi is it is so easy to clean the element and fan because it is in the lid and easily accessible. The last multi cooker I had that air fried, baked, etc with a glass front and element up inside the unit was a nightmare to keep clean. You couldn't get to any of the fan or the element to clean anything. I'd be curious to see what it looks like up inside of the Combi. Other than potential amount you can cook with this, I am not convinced it is worth upgrading to, if you already have a Speedi. However I'll be watching your experience with this new unit and see how it does. Ninja sure does come out with some great kitchen appliances. I absolutely love my Speedi.

James, your a wonderful teacher, I learned to use the speedi from you and as soon as this is available in England, I will be cooking along with you. Welcome back, we've missed you. Anyway I love my Combi, I consider it to be a Speedi on steroids. I have both and love them both. In fact I love all of the Ninja products. Them seem to produce some really great products, I have never been disappointed in any of them. I'll be interested in seeing your recipes with the Combi. Take care and stay safe.

Thanks James. Been thinking about this one due to it's size. Some times the Speedi is too small.

Good to see you back! It’s not available yet here in the UK 😢

James, is the cooking element at the top covered? It being exposed is the one thing that gets on my nerves about the Speedi. It gives me the blues when it’s time to clean because you can’t really get behind the cooking/heating coil!😭

Interesting. How the Speedi is set up in terms of the fan and element, in my experience, makes it easy to clean. I've had mine about 8 months and it still looks great. I usually put about 3 cups of water in the pan and set it on steam for 15 minutes and it melts most stuff right off from the top side. Then take about half of a paper towel, stick it in between one of the fan blades through the element and make a full rotation of the fan and the paper towel will pick up anything that remains behind there. Previously had a multi cooker similar to the Combi and you couldn't get to anything because it was all up inside the unit. I'd love to see up in the Combi to see how easy it will be to clean. Just the fact that the Speedi is in the lid apart from the rest of the unit makes it easier to access (in my humble opinion.)

Okay, I like that! I think our methods are similar! I boil water in the electric kettle and let the water sit, then just as you do, I come back and go between the coils with the paper towels. It comes out clean looking, but being paranoid, I’m always thinking I’m possibly missing something on the underside of the coil. I’m going to try your way exactly, though. I think the idea of running it on steam for a while will make me feel better and like I’ve really done my due diligence.😂

Great video James, you're the goat! Wanted to ask, how do you recommend cleaning the top of the ninja foodi XL grill? The parts that come out it's easy enough to clean but the top lid of my unit is getting dirty and I'd like to clean it

`so I just found this guy TODAY... I actually was gifted an Oven Elite power air fryer and because I'm so visual ... I looked up a YT video and James popped up.. I watched his very detailed 6-month review on the power air fryer.. He went through all of the attachment details and showed us the condition of his fryer after 6 months. I also liked to hear that like myself, his family uses their air fryer on a daily basis!!!!... THANK YOU JAMES... LOOOOOOVE THIS GUY!!!

First of all, great reciepts and work and all the fäeffort you put in it. I have a question, is it possible to get playlists sorted in each Ninja product so it's more easy to find all videos for the same product one have? Like a Ninja Combi, Ninja Speedi, Ninja Airfryer playlists?

I haven't read all of the comments so I don't know if anyone else has said this, but judging by the condition of the box and the various marks inside the Combi it looks like a used or display model to me.

Is it stainless steel inside and easy to clean. Not like the xl oven
@randykeller587 ай бұрын
Did you get this direct from Ninja? How except for toast iscthiscdifferent from the Speedi? Do you prefer side of Combo or top of Speedi? Or would you have preferred an oven style open or the micro style open

Thanks for doing this video. I was thinking about buying this but got to thinking that it might be hard to brown hamburger for casseroles since it doe not open on top like the speedi does. Any thoughts?

I agree. I like the speedi better. The combi has more capacity though

Why does it look like someone used yours? The pan was dirty and the grate was upside down. Plus the box was open. That’s weird

Nope no machine for me. Its difficult to work with, got to take the trays in and out if you want to ad something or check..With the speedi you open the lid and can see what is going on, so much easier !
