2C, 2C, 1 tsp Vanilla but how much Xantham Gum and sweetener?

I probably used 1/8 to 1/2 c. Keto sweetener and 1 tsp. Xantham gum I didn’t measure it just threw it in.

@@karensreal Made it. Hubby wouldn’t eat it as it was… I added some granular monk fruit and voila! Just didn’t have enough sweetness. Thanks finally an ice cream we can enjoy! Don’t have the creamy gadget (yet ;) ) but a hand beater works too!
