Made this morning. It is delish! I used a pie tin that fit in the trivet. I spreaded it a little thinner so there would be more crunch. I substituted cream of bacon and added sliced mushrooms. It wasn't salty, but next time, I'll add less salt. Thank you for sharing! Your instructions are easy to follow!!

Owww...about your teeth. The egg bites are soft and delicious and have lots of protein. Pasta dished but you need protein as well for proper healing. The loaded baked potato-just mash it up a little and cut the bacon smaller, lasagna, and pasta dishes. Take care your mouth and heal well! Proper nutrition important for proper healing! Thank you for watching and commenting!

I would take a taste test at 25 minutes-it depends on if you rowing to do full recipes or half recipe-the thickness of the food in the dish. But metal usually cooks faster than ceramic/porcelain. I wold spray.grease the meatloaf pan. It can also be cooked directly into the Ninja Foodi ceramic bowl as well. Thanks for watching!

The one they cater has bacon in it too and is SOOOOOO yummy! I wonder if it’s just this recipe with crumbled bacon!
I have a beautiful Temptations deep dish pie plate. I would think I could use that in my 8-quart that's on its way! :-)

Oh, Lisa, that looks absolutely awesome!! I do however have another couple of my silly questions though! How do you get the potatoes into that shape, have you got a special device I could purchase over here in England to do that? When you were checking the temperature using your jungle temperature thermometer type thingy what should the temp have been? Thank you for the lovely videos you produce so relaxing to watch.
@pressurecrisp5 жыл бұрын
Over here you can purchase them already shredded I the frozen section of the supermarket. But you can do it at home with a bit of work or if you have a food processor with the shredding attachment. Peel potatoes, shredded either by hand or in processor. Soak in water to remove excess starch-I'm assuming using russets. If not still soak then rinse. The best way to remove water is place in kitchen towels and twist to remove water. Then use right away. This is a lot of work-I hope you can find them in the UK. My jungle thermometer-lol :). leopard print-lol. I was just seeing what the center temp was-curious actually. I wanted to be sure it was hot enough. But the next time I make a baked potato I will take a temp-I bet the internal temp is close to 200. Wanted to make sure potatoes were done-nothing worse than under cooked potatoes-lol. Relaxing? lol. Thank you!

Can I make this in the Ninja Foodi Grill?
@pressurecrisp5 жыл бұрын
Good question-yes it can be done. I would use the same temp it may cook faster. I have noticed things tend to cook faster in the Ninja Foodi Grill. Maybe I'll make another one Wednesday, my day off and post it. Thanks for the question and watching!

I would not bake it directly in the pan in the Ninja Foodi grill. What I mean is I think it would be better to place the casserole in a dish and place on roast rack or something to pick it up off the bottom of NF grill pan. I have baked a few thing sin the NF Grill and the bottoms don't brown up like they should. Just my observations using the Ninja Foodi grill.

This looks really, really good, but I would consider it to be more of a side dish rather than a breakfast casserole.

Thanks! Cracker Barrel I think this is what they call it. When you go their its a breakfast side. But so delicious! Thanks for watching and commenting!
@laurashackleford49714 жыл бұрын
That is NOT a breakfast casserole. Breakfast casserole is with eggs, bread and meat. You just made a hash brown casserole. It is even called hash brown casserole at Cracker Barrel.
