I suffer badly from arthritis. I eat a lot of beans, ham & rice to my daily lunch meal. It's amazing how much it has relieved the pain.

I cheated this year and bought some Sylvia's can black eye peas & greens. Now after watching this video I must make some fresh peas & greens one day this week. My Orville Redenbacher Movie Theater Butter Style popcorn was my dinner on New Years Day. Here's to great meals and less time in the kitchen in 2023. 🥳

I only discovered smoked turkey legs this week. Used one to make some cabbage. It didn't even NEED extra seasoning. The meat and broth would have been perfect except it was too salty. Definitely going to use two cabbages for one leg next time. There was more meat than cabbage.
