The probe is made to stay in there while you cook. That is why it is called a smart grill. It will stop by itself when it reaches the desired temp based on what you are cooking.

@@TheLWebb100 speaking of grilled steaks... I don't eat steak, but my son loves it. I've tried buying inexpensive steak to experiment cooking, (I say inexpensive because I didn't want to spend too much incase I messed it all up!) he said it wasn't the best (not sure if it's because I bought thin cheap steak, or because Idk how to season/marinate steak, so it was all experimental) I also tried making his steaks on the stovetop(not grilled) but now that I have the ninja grill, I am going to try again for him. I can pre set it to his desired doneness (rare, medium rare, etc) but, how do you recommend I season the steak? Do you marinate yours ever, or just sprinkle seasoning on? He's a kid, so he doesn't have suggestions or steak cooking knowledge, I don't eat it so I can't taste it as I go, so any suggestions I'd really appreciate!! (One time I bought a steak rub, ugh, it was bad(he said) (&, I smelled it), it smelled & he said it tasted like it had a bunch of cinnamon in it, anther time I tried teryaki marinade, but I'd like to learn to just sprinkle some classic steak seasoning , grill it, badda-bing, badda-boom! (I'm just hesitant to keep buying seasonings/rubs/marinades after that gross cinnamon one, I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it had that in it) I'd like advice from a steak eater!

The us version is so much different, the Uk version of the air crisp basket is so much bigger I don’t think this would be possible with the uk version of Ag551, unless you can buy the basket separately, even that’s not available on the Uk ninja web site😁

Hey John you need to get you a can of Duck Fat Spray and spray it on your Fries before cooking. If you do you most likely will not want Fries done any other way! Liked The Video!!

That is a good idea...i will try that...thanks and thanks for watching!!!

Do you prefer this for burgers and fries , or the dual airfryer?
@JohnSanders3 жыл бұрын
I do like the dual... or the grill for burgers and fries at the same time...I will say I think this does the fries better than the other 2 but either will work fine...thanks for watching!!!
