Can you do this in a loaf tin in the ninja and would you change timings?

I love wholemeal bread and have spent years making it at home with varying degrees of success. But having just followed your recipe using the Ninja 15 in 1, I think the resulting loaf is the best I've ever made! A lovely light crumb and crispy crust. As you say, the prove function is a game changer, and I realise now my previous efforts were often under-proved. I would also like to ask Jessica's question - would it be possible to make this with a loaf tin? I have one that fits inside the Foodie - would that work? Many thanks.
