Thank you. There have been a lot of people I learned from and drew inspiration. As for a teacher or guide most things came from experimenting and thinking outside the box. That is one thing I aim to tell people is to get creative in their own way and my hope is I can help provide some inspiration for doing just that.

Wow, cool. I can't do the kneel and jump up to standing move. What can I do to gain the strength to be able to do that?

Thank you, I had not done it in a while, so it is pretty difficult upon attempting it again. You need to get comfortable doing squats, stretching the quads and practicing explosiveness. Once you get enough strength and flexibility all you do is push off like you are a spring and quickly bring your feet to the floor. It is better shown than said, so hopefully I can get a video out on that.

Do as many as your heart desires. 25 reps each exercise is a good starting point.

Firstly, Run or Hike. Then focus on a glute strengthening like hip thrust, body weight/weight bar deadlifts, lunges, box jumps, and precision jumps. Leg training will help you to produce more sperm if I heard it correctly. But if this is a full body workout, do pull ups/rows, push ups/dips, squats/lunges, and leg raises/planks. To answer your questions in limiting your sexual addiction; tell your trusted people about this sexual issues, if it doesn't stop I would suggest scheduling your time on the internet. Also get yourself addicted to playing classic games. But I suggest you to start with something creative and socializing to the people who you don't get along or aren't so familiar with.
