I do my ribs cut in half and tiled like the manual. I use a temperature probe to bring them up to between 198 or 203 depending on how you want them textually. I don't wrap because The ninja is so much quicker than any other smoker

I liked them how they turned out, but I said about the "wrapping" because some don't like the "bark char" and like more "saucy" ribs ...

If you want fall off the bone ribs you’ll have to wrap them. I usually add honey, butter and a pinch of brown sugar. Then once you unwrap add your sauce on them for about 15 min to caramelize.

Good tutorial, but you take to long to get to the point. Just a heads up

Thanks for the feedback ... I should probably script out instead of just doing it on the fly.

You really like to watch informational videos when you get a new electronic device, but this guy him halls around so much that it takes forever to get through the video. Be a little bit more organized so you don’t drug through the mud and make people get bored with waiting to see the end. It’s like the videos where they’re going to do something to someone and it takes him 10 minutes to do something that they can do in three seconds because they want to drag on and on.

You are taking up way way too .uch time to say something simple in the beginning of the video. That should not have taken so very long to say what you will be using. Get cooking PLEASE and stop all of that unnecessary TALK. PLEASE
