Bear mountain makes the pellets for ninja, I believe they are the cherry flavored bear mountain pellets- 20 lbs bag for $9.99 at Academy- mesquite pellets are very strong flavor, cherry and apple are smoking but not overkill, but each to there own. So far been very happy with our wood fire grill

I use Bear Mountain Oak Pellets for a bit of Texas flare! I won 2nd Place KCBS Rib with my trailer grill/smoker. 3-2-1 method. Ribs on the Woodfire is shorter cook time so play with the time! Light mustard rub then salt pepper onion garlic. Wrap in brown butcher paper at the 3 hr for 2 hrs in wrap place back on grill. Melt “Apple Jelly” with just enough water to melt the jelly. Brush ribs with the melted jelly lightly. 10 min later brush again……10 min later brush again. Remove let rest then cut and serve. I have a vid on my channel apple jelly glazed ribs! Your ribs look awesome!!!

Why wash your meat?

Good question. I was always told to rinse your meat before cooking. But now after I’ve read your comment I googled washing meat. The USDA says you don’t need to wash meat anymore. Learn something new everyday. Thank you.

Great reply. I was always told to rinse off the meat But the USDA says otherwise.
