The rank 3 Fjarnskaggl isn't useful while gathering herbs in Stormheim, but it can be exceptionally useful in other zones when you're dismounted to fight a mob that spawns after herbing Dreamleaf or Starlight Rose, for example.

just throwing this out there, in case some got confused=. The sky golem isn't something that's new. It's been in since mop IIRC and you've been able to use it to herb without dismounting since mop. The mount takes 30 daays due to a daily cd on jards from engineering. You can make 1 jard per day.

A cheaper route than getting the sky golem, blacksmiths actually makes an item that will allow you to interact with the environment for 2hrs (8hrs if you are a blacksmith). Making any mount able to herb, mine, skin. Combined with LW barding so that you can't be dazed makes this epic.

Best way is to get a party of 5, all with mining and herbalism high ranks. You can farm on all the same nodes and extra herb procs which is very efficient in terms of time and gold :D

Few extra notes for you, ESPECIALLY if you are a druid on a pvp server save a 'speed' set. Screw mounts you can get 200% movement speed+ with speed gear as kitty form plus speed gear. Stealth herb kill stealth herb kill or if you in Valshara Stealth kill herb lol. Also, if you are a druid you can double your intake by having a friend ride your travel form and herb from your back. By doing this you can increase your Aethril 3* procs and have a buddy for mobs that you drag to nodes. Plus again on pvp an added deterance to pvp interactions. And Lastly, SAVE SEEDS! Make 40 man raids for seeds ideally with guild mates/friends and have planting parties. when Put into practice, each seed essentially translates into full 200 stacks + with so many herbalists and essentially this is the real challenge isnt it, getting so many herbers in one spot at the same time, but chances are if you are sharing your seeds they will share theirs too, also this gets nuts when planting Foxflower seeds as with so many people tapping nodes you get a lot of 3*Aethril procs on top of planting and you also spawn hoards of foxes and its a mad race to pick them all up as they run away. You can also continue to get seeds during these events and continue the mayhem. Plus any mobs that spawn get trounced for the looter to pick up more flowers. Long story short its a lot of fun as well and your more casual friends can get their *** from these events as well and pick up the quest items. Plus, if you're farming for the guild bank you can end up walking away with THOUSANDS of herbs for raid flasks/pots. anyhow have a great day. I hope these tips Supplement your Herbing experience in a good way.

Actually, if you never used the word 'actually' ever again, it would have actually been used by you too many times. Couple that actually annoying word with the plethora of advertising vs real info, your video is actually one of the worst constructed and executed videos on the topic of WOW. I actually think you could do better. (And you left out a couple of related items. 1st would be something to use if you get knocked off your mount and secondly, the glove enchant is good when herbing only on the Broken isles and one would need some other item if you're herbing old content.)

Alchemy has x2 solid daily CDs so if its an alt 100% Alchemy but if its a main it depends if flasks and pots sell well on your server

If the price of materials is more profitable for you, then yes, but if it's only 5-10% you might want to consider crafting the flasks you have Rank 3 for, due to the proc rate. My reasoning: There has been inflation due to people crafting items and using the *obliterum forge* to try flip for profits, but also keep in mind that materials for 1 flask, does not mean you'll get the gold from 1 flask, since if you have Rank 3 you will proc additional flasks time to time.

You do not need the Sky Golem, just get the buff item from blacksmithing (can't remember name) that lets you gather without being dismounted for 2 hr (8hrs if a blacksmith), oh and it's MUCH MUCH cheaper then the sky golem.

I wish anyone that tries to do this the very best of luck in farming your herbs in meaningful quantities. You're going to need it. The ratio of bot-farming herbalists and miners manning sky golems, at least on the NA and EU realms, is so ridiculously out of control at this point, if you're not on a node within two minutes of it spawning, particularly in places like Stormheim and Highmountain, forget it. You can sit on the cliffs in Stormheim, for example, and just watch the bot teams circling one of four or five primary routes in spreads of a minute or so, sometimes closer. I.e. if a node isn't up when a bot comes by, another will be by within one or two minutes. The only thing that slows them down is actually farming a node, which is the whole reason they're there, and the whole reason you wish they weren't. They farm so much herb 24/7, completely automated, the prices are gouged on the AH, making human-manned time-to-gold (the whole point of farming if you're not using them directly) a much less profitable endeavor than it otherwise would be. Probably worst of this, Blizzard is well-aware of this, and has feebly tried, but failed miserably, to stop it. Ultimately they pay their subscriptions, and that's that. So, best of luck, farmers; you're going to need it.

Dreamleaf is a huge seller for people able to farm it quickly, because they are a minority. This herb requires mob kills, which is difficult and slowly to do for many people because of the scaling zones and can't be botted either.

I think with Spirits you can make more, however it's not economical. It's 30ish days due to the Transmute anyway (unless you're paying multiple Alchemists to do it for you)

There is a little trick that you can apply (when getting the quest immediately go to complete it and come back to Suramar to farm) that way the chances are bigger. I got really lucky though.
