1:01:32, it should be vestibular nucleus --(+)--> opposite side VI nucleus --(+)--> same side III nucleus, so when u turn your head to the left, the medial rectus of left eye contract, the lateral rectus of right eye contract. if follow your diagram, your eyes will move the same direction with your head

yeah man...thanks for the explanation...In the next video(pons), he said that from vestibular nucleus it supplies contralateral 6th nerve....so I came back to this video to find out which one is correct.....
@Grimes-bt4cwАй бұрын
From what I've read there are 4 vestibular nuclei: inferior, superior, medial and lateral nuclei.

Hi! I recently started watching your videos and find them very helpful. Thank you for your effort, explanations are excellent and very easy to understand. I wonder if you could just record the whole board at the end of your videos when everything about the lecture is already written, so we can make screenshots. I think that would be very helpful for those who make their notes and also it would be much easier to remember everything you have said while watching at your own drawings. Hope I am not asking too much and wish you all the best! :)

great video once again. The nucleus cochlearis sends fibers bilateraly though, at least the posterior nucleus cochlearis does, which is responsible primarily for high pitch noises. This is important, as that leads us to understand that unilateral deafness is practically impossible to stem from singular cerebral damages craniel of the cochlear nuclei. 35:00

Thanks a lot for this comprehensive explanation! One thing I wish for even though your videos are almost perfect: may you write down aswell what you describe (name + function) ? It would be a lot easier when reviewing afterwards cuz your knowledge is huge and sometimes I personally forget what exactly you said. I don´t know if anyone else´s mentioned this, it´s just something I´d personally wish for. Big thanks again, it really helped me out a lot!
