Thank you Professor Zach ! You are so wonderful ! My brother was diagnosed with stage 4 hepatocellular carcinoma, 7 months later he died. That was 20 years ago. My Mother died from decompensated cirrhosis. The knowledge you’ve shared means so much to me in helping save my family. I share your videos to everyone interested and to med students I know. I know it's a bit late of a reply, but you can use "." and "," keys to travel frame by frame. So if you missed it, just spam one of these keys depending if you overshot or undershot the pause until you find the perfect frame
