I think out of all the marriage candidates, Maru would by FAR be the scariest in reality if she really was this secretly deranged. She's the most intelligent on an IQ level out of all the candidates, has access to resources, and invents things from said resources. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, she created a SENTIENT ROBOT in one of her final heart events! If she could do that then she could DEFINITELY be the scariest stalker imaginable... 😬

Honestly this rules. Base game Maru is pretty one-note and it's just sincerely really fun to see another dimension added to her. Plus, I think her getting obsessive when she catches feelings plays nicely with her slightly socially awkward nature, and her clinical and strategic attitude to death makes sense with her analytical profession and hobbies. Maru.... I would say.... Is the best yandere stardew character 👍
