Ironic that Prime 4 was one of the very first switch games announced, but will end up being one of the last switch games released. Still so hyped though, I’ve been waiting so long. Love the title too. Duke may be forever, Doom may be eternal, and Halo may be infinite, but Metroid Prime goes Beyond.

I played Metroid Prime 3 in 2007 as a kid and became eager for a fourth one to release. Flash foreward 10 years later and I am in my early 20's watching Nitendo's E3 announcement of Metroid Prime 4 being in development. The game was delayed and the project was restarted, and after 7 years of only having the confirmation that it was in development, a trailer and release year comes up. I'll be 30 when playing this, I was 12 when I played corruption, but this game goes beyond.

I feel like Echoes of Wisdom will set a new trend for The Legend of Zelda series. Pretty much there would be a pattern of each new game having either Link or Zelda as the Protagonist before eventually having them be the deuteragonist, Dual Protagonists, of the same game. Also, it looks like EoW is using the map from "A Link to the Past" due to how there's a lake to the south east of Hyrule Castle. But that's just my observation.

In my head-canon, the Zora are fish people with gills, who evolved lungs, and Zola are amphibian people with lungs, who evolved gills. The mistranslation or misspelling with the drastic design differences always just seemed easier to explain away by saying that they're just different things.

My god, I hope they somehow make Zelda 4 Swords Adventure work with multiple Switches in the future. It's one of the hardest console games to set up as it requires individual game boy Advances that connect to the Gamecube with link cables, but when it all comes together, it's the best multiplayer experience I had.

Hey Dee, I'm back again with a realization I had about the BoTW/ToTK and how a quest in Wind Waker is more important than we had believed. And the reason why I'm leaving the comment here is due to how this is the most recent video here on your channel. Also, I hope you do a comment video stream at some point. Anyway, the quest I'm referring to is the one where Link has to water eight withered trees which the Koroks had planted on different islands that resides in the Great Sea. Since the forest of the game's Great Deku Tree would expand as the withered trees would grow to a massive size after being revitalize, causing those small islands to grow and eventually become one landmass. A Landmass which would have a massive cavern that's filled with water underneath it. With the water eventually vanish after enough time, creating the Depths which we explore in ToTk. Also, the Roots of the trees planted during the quest would become gigantic after they were revitalized. Which would explain the giant roots which can be found within the Depths. Plus the Ruins deep underground Hyrule castle could have been the ruins of the Hyrule Castle we see in Wind Waker.

Judging by how Nintendo does things with Metroid, I predict Prime 4 will release next year's October or November. Meaning there's still plenty of time to release Prime 2 and 3 remastered between that time. I also expect Prime 2 remastered to release this october since it's the perfect spooky month game, Prime 3 perhaps next spring. I'm super stoked, Prime 2 in HD is gonna be INSANE.

If you go back to the beginning of tears of the kingdom, and you get the recall ability. Rauru tells you that “what you saw was a mystery, and that perhaps it was a sort of an echo - one that reflects her sheer will”. This makes sense as to why it’s called echos of wisdom.

I hope this is a trial run for a full triple A title with Zelda as the protagonist. Frankly it’s embarassing it’s taken so long for the titular character of a franchise to not be playable in said franchise. As they say, a premise like that affordd them the opportunity to do something really unique and interesting with Zelda gameplay. They’ve taken Link’s game mechanics every which way now with the same loose swordplay and item mechanics. With TOTK being as crazy as it is, reinvention is more necessary than iteration at this point.

I am almost sure that throughout 2024 and 2025 we will have Metroid Prime 2 Echoes Remastered and Metroid Prime 3 Corruption Remastered and the reason is very simple: Nintendo needs the hype for Metroid Prime 4 Beyond to increase to the stratosphere for sales to be as highest possible, so these two pending games will be the appetizer before the main course. I seriously couldn't believe that Nintendo is only going to release Metroid Prime 1 Remastered and Metroid Prime 4 Beyond and leave the other two games out of the console catalog, I find it impossible to believe.
