I put bananas in the freezer w the skin on sometimes. To peel them, chop off about an inch on both ends and let it sit on the counter for about 5 mins (I’m usually prepping other ingredients in the meantime). Make a long slice along the side from top to bottom and start to peel away. The skin will pop right off! (However, be careful not to thaw it for too long or the texture will become mushy and hard to peel) Yes, peeling before freezing may be easy and preferred however peeling whole a frozen banana is possible! 🍌 😊

I'm glad you've been able to get out and meet more people! I think sometimes if you're well known and have a higher profile (like many influencers do), it can be hard to open yourself up and randomly meet people because the lifestyle can be kind of isolating. You do have to protect yourself because so many people feel entitled to your time, or already know who you are and are attached to you even though they're strangers, or are trying to take advantage of you and your fame/reputation. So it creates this paradox of simultaneously being known BY everyone, but not really KNOWING anyone. The fact that you're able to just reach out and make connections with people outside of that narrow world of influencers is a really great thing! I hope the friendships that result are so delightful and rewarding.

I always just chuck the whole banana skin on in the freezer haha! Once I chop the two ends off I find it’s not too tricky to get the skin off. We have a fig tree in the garden and the reason they might not be considered vegan is because they need wasps to reproduce and vice versus? Explains the number of wasps we get in garden!
