You might like it! Several KZbinrs who have hooded eyes are using it above their eyes and below the eyebrows, and they report after several months (& show in photos) that their mobile lids are showing a bit more, or the hooding isn't getting worse. (I know some people in their early 80s whose skin above their eyes is really getting in the way now).
