I'd be interested to know there is a difference in models within a certain Manufacture. I men such as a Cornerstone vs Aspire of Kign Aire vs Dutch Star. In other words, do the higher end units have fewer issues.

Excellent information. Do you track "good will" repairs that you implement even if the manufacturer does not authorize it? I was in a different industry, and we often made such repairs because we viewed it as a long term CSI investment.

Manufacturing companies like 3M use "Six Sigma" to improve quality and reduce defects.

Few dealers have the integrity as does NIRVC. I watch three RV repair/maintenance channels on KZbin and the construction of new RVs is appalling. Best of luck relaying this info to manufacturers.
