I tried this today, at first I was not able to spread the batter properly on the pan but then when my mom did this, it tasted so good, I couldn't believe how healthy and super nutritious foods can taste so good, thank you very much for sharing this amazing recipe, I even did my own variations, like I skipped the green leaves and dry mango powder ( as didn't have any in the house😁) ........ It tasted so good, I am not a quinoa salad person but this was honestly the best recipe to eat quinoa out there... 👍👍👍👍

Awesome quinoa paratha/ chilaa.Mam saw u for the first time.U look very graceful. All your recipes are very well researched & presented very nicely, lucidly in your beautiful voice. Your knowledge about the ingredients are really commendable. I will be using Quinoa for the first time tomorrow as it is a very rich source of protein for people like me who are pure vegetarian.I am keeping my fingers crossed for the recipe to come out like u have shown.🎉❤

Hey you can even make fermented quinoa dosa Soak 1 1/2 cup quinoa, 1/2 cup rice and 1/2 cup urad dal . For min 6 hours each separately. Then grind rice and quinoa in a mixie jar first into a batter and next grind urad dal into batter. Mix both batters in a big vessel and leave it to ferment just like dosa batter , minimum 8hrs . Then u can make dosas

My husband picked up a 1kg bag of quinoa flour and was wondering what can i make out of it other than use it for my sweet cravings and make some cupcakes. I can use the whole quinoa too... But wanted to check if I can use the flour too 😊. Thank you in advance.🙏
