Probably because it wasn't much of an improvement on a 350z HR. Lost Brembos, a few pounds and gained 26 horsepower and a courser engine...while every other car in the segment improved by leaps and bounds. Here we are 9 years later and there's still no twin turbo/high power factory option...when the chassis can obviously handle more power. infinity models have twin turbos, the gtr has twin turbos...but not the Z.

What crazy is that the block can hold 700whp safety. In AZ we got conceptZ and Pittstop who work on Z34 that has a TTkit making good power. I’m a VG30DETT owner and am proud of my engine. Currently building it and this Z34 made my day.

I also say "You know" a lot when I speak English...i think because in Arabic speakers do say You know in Arabic, Also i have a mustang with seibon carbon fiber hood with 2 vents on side for air to go in and one vents in a row in middle to extract heat, side fender functional side vent, used bit of wide body "you won't even notice" functional side scoop that both have large hose to sends air to the Differential cooler kit, also have used RTR bumper but made to square holes that comes with the bumper for the number plate, Steeda rear wing with carbon fiber winglets, front bumper uses shelby "got the bumper from junkyard" and carbon fiber side skirt, front splitter and rear diffuser, roof and side mirror and painted the car matte black to compliment the carbon fiber shine when it's sunny day Engine longtube headers with high flow cats, X pipe and Borla ATAK, BBK underpulleys, high flow fuel injector 47lb, fuel pump, steeda driveshaft, spec stage 2 plus clutch kit, FORGED CRANKSHAFT, MANLEY 4340 H-BEAM RODS AND MANLEY PISTONS, mishimoto oil cooler and radiator aluminium 3 row, Full Tilt Boogie Differential Cooler, eibach full suspension kit; installed K-member, subframe connectors, braces ,Roush supercharger "found it used and what started it all" And some other i forgot Total costed me over 60 thousand with engine mods, custom bodykit and custom interior End result 713 rwhp, close to 580lb ft of torque

+Dylan Wilson.. You can get a GTR for 65K easily.. My neighbor just got his 2012 GTR for 60K. In great condition, low miles and with a lot of mods too. No offense, but putting $65K into a Z is pretty ridiculous, but hey, its your money and your car. I just think if you looking to put that kinda money into a RWD platform car, there are WAY better options and better cars. You could have gotten a Supra pushing 600-700hp for 65k lol.. I would put that in the "Super Car" category lol..

Nicer looking than a GTR imo and it costs a lot less. Even having the bank to buy a GTR I would still go with the Z. Having a GTR means having to always deal with fangirls taking pictures, surrounding your vehicle and asking questions. Driving a GTR is nothing but a hassle.

Though this car is awesome, it's closing in on the boundaries of what the Z is capable of. This guy has put an unreal amount of money into making this thing. As a Z owner myself, I love the look of the car. It's not REALLY fast though. Don't get me wrong- it's quick but it's not going to throw your head back. Personally the most fun I've had with it is going through really curvy mountain roads with good uphills and downhills. I think that's what they're really made for. This Z will slam you through the seat, but it's also in the price range of the GTR easily. The Z is iconic but the GTR is legendary at the end of the day. They're in different leagues. I would still take this Z over a stock GTR any day of the week though. Anyone in their right mind would.
