I did mine in a different order I first struggled with electronics module then struggled to remove the amp, so I removed the pedal then the app slid right out, then had enough room to remove the actuator itself

Nice! I have issue with the passenger side actuator. Clicking annoying sound.

Sounds like your heat/cool damper door actuator is on the fritz.

Is there any hack to just forcing the air go out dash vents only? Mine like yours was, is only blowing out floor and defrost vents. I don't think i have ability to remove everything you did to replace it. But if there's a trick or way to rig it to only go out dash vents I'd appreciate any feedback or tips. Thank you.

There are 2 of them up there one the drivers side. Is that the one way up top? Thanks

My Armada does not have front dual zone AC. There is one actuator on the driver's side of the air box for air direction (dash, floor, windshield etc), one on the top of the air box on the passenger side for heat and cool, and one on the side of the air box on the passenger side for vent or recirculate.

This one is right on the left side right above the gas pedal.

​@@danielk0106i have an 05 armada. The lower one controls the temp. The one way up to that he fixed changes the vents from defrost, foot, to front facing vent. It's a bitch to change. I didn't remove the pedal but I did remove what i believe is the amp for the radio.

Приветствую всех у кого нибудь была с обдувом печки во все направления дует на ноги верх итд тока вперёд не дует с чем это связано у кого была такая проблема???где искать причину какая заслонка отвечает за эту функцию где её место положение

Привет мужик. Я смотрел это ролик горе мастер. Вообще не так это всё решаеться. Я заменил оба моторчика самый геморойный под торпедой с посожирской стороны.

Привет мужик! Вообщем разобрал ты пол машины промудохался пол дня собрать не собрал. Кто так строит? Вообще не так разобрал. Зачем педаль газа снял не нужно было.
