Can you explain what does 20 nm and 93 nm mean. Like can I just tighten it till its good and secured

'Nm' is an abbreviation of Newton Metres - a measurement of torque. Tightening the bolts/nuts 'good and secure' is fine, but using a torque wrench and tightening the bolts/nuts to the recommended setting (Nm or Ib ft) should ensure they're tight enough without risking overtightening.

If replacing only the rear shock is it require to do a wheel alignment?

Strictly speaking no, but might be best to err on the side of caution!
