Gwin, I looked at the $400,000 that I lost as the tuition that I paid for the education that I received from having run an unsuccessful business. Truly the life lessons learned were worth so much more than that. The rationale when my late wife and I moved to Arizona from New Jersey to open the store was, I would rather try and fail than to have regretted the fact that I never tried at all. So we gave it a shot. I failed and I moved on. Perhaps that is why Zach was willing to give up running a software company in the DC area to take a shot at his dream and I love that he is willing to take that risk. Thanks so much for participating with your comments as often as you do. I (we) appreciate it. Ray

The company we financed our last car through didn't care to help us at all when we told them we couldn't afford to keep paying for the vehicle because it was broke down. Instead of offering to help us get it taken care of they just wanted their money regargless if we had a running vehicle or not.

I worked at Chrysler Credit from 1972 until 1980 and this would have been way foreign to us. We assigned a repo guy to repo a car for us and the owner came in and paid in the afternoon and we called the repo guy and left a voicemail for him not to repo, yes the days before mobile phones, email or text, and he did not get message and repo’d the car that night. Since guy was up to date on payments he got the vehicle back with a clear title and account marked paid in full.

Just purchased a CPO Murano. I have good credit and was offered 3.1% with either Chase or Capital One. The dealer was honest and didn't even want to offer Nissan financing. Their rates are generally much worse and seem set up just to be predatory loan service preying on those with poor credit/knowledge of finances.

My mom had a very different experience. Car was a 4 year old Acura RDX with 40k miles being purchased from a dealer group (Honda, Toyota, Ford, Subaru, Nissan, etc) and price of vehicle $24,500 and my mom has AMAZING credit. Somehow the price flew up to $32,000 after taxes, fees and an unnecessary expensive warranty they weren’t even going to tell us about, plus, they were going to give her their rate at 5.89%!!!!! CRAZY we got rid of all the extra charges, and got a 1.99% interest rate from Chase. And left very happy. You have to keep your eyes peeling in dealerships!

Nissan consumer affairs had provided a remanufactured transmission but with the caveat that I have to have installed at a Nissan dealer. 12 1/2 hours at 125 per hour, when my mechanic changes them out in something more like 8 1/2 hours. I am a loan officer at a local credit union. At the outset of the sequester to remember the credit union immediately communicated to our members that anyone suffering a hardship could request a loan payment deferral (initially up to 3 months and soon after up to 6 months) on any portfolio consumer, residential and/or commercial loan, respectively. Check with your local credit union before obtaining a loan elsewhere. Not only are you supporting your community by keeping your $$$ local, (most) credit unions missions include operating in the best interest of their membership both individually and on behalf of the membership at large.

You make a flood pass of ink, spreading the ink on the top of the screen but not enough pressure to push it through. Then you come back for the print pass, pushing the squeegee firmly to push the ink through the screen to print the shirt. Tack the shirt to the platen using a spray adhesive. hit me back if you need further help, I screen printed professionally for several years before moving into offset printing. I think Tesla might have Ludicrous stitched up.

I bought a Nissan Titan in 2005. What a huge piece of shit truck. It got only 7mpg. I took it in several times. A tank of gas took me about 150 miles and a fill up was in order. I took a $5000 hit on it and traded it 5 months later. I went back to Chevy/GMC which I should have never left. That Titan was literally junk. The place where traded it immediately took it to auction and broke even on it. The thing that is hard to believe is that Nissan has survived until 2020.

...about the screen printing. You need to stretch the shirt around a board to keep it flat and straight. ...but don’t stretch it so much that it distorts the design when you remove it from the board. Pull the squeegee in one direction only. Have enough ink on the screen. Part of it is also about getting to know the feel of the right pressure and speed of pulling the squeegee.

I don't think they can withhold your private possessions in the state of CA. I've had a couple vehicles end up in an impound lot in my life, none due to default, but I'm pretty sure that they must grant you access to remove any personal belongings not attached to the vehicle free of cost, atleast in CA. You car isn't towed back to Nissan, it's towed to an impound lot and you literally have up until the day of the auction to retrieve your personal belongings. I'd love to hear how this differs across the US.

The government does stuff like this all the time, it is called civil asset forfeiture. Where I live they send a tow truck with a license plate reading technology to the poor neighborhoods. They tow your car if they say you owe them money, charge you for the tow and a daily storage fee, then sell the car after a short amount of time if you do not pay the original amount you owe plus for the tow and storage, plus interest and penalties. They keep the money from the sale but do not apply the proceeds to what you owe so that you still owe it.

I think you may want to talk about the concept of acceptance with regards to buying a vehicle. What is it, when does it happen, what rights does a buyer have when the delivered vehicle is not as agreed, is a "to do list" amount to a conditional acceptance, etc. I know a lady that bought a brand new purple Mitsubishi from a dealer near Salt Lake City, and when she went to pick it up the antenna was ripped off, the paint was scratched and there was food debris inside and the dealer said it was not their problem.

Consumers should contact an attorney in their state/province, because states also have legal requirements for repossession which may have civil and/or criminal penalties. It is illegal in some states for holding the consumer's personal property when a vehicle is repossessed. The way to win in a failing business situation is to file Chapter 7, keep the equipment and invent. After discharge dump the collateral and cash out. These banks and creditors will not come after the equipment or inventory. Ford sued us and filed a lift of stay to surrender or Repo the trucks. I gave them 1 and kept the other and paid for it. The other equipment I kept and they creditors went for a judgement on a bankrupt company that makes no sense. After the filing I started a new corporation and staying the course. I encourage everyone Screw the banks! 10 years ago we bailed out these POS and they give us nothing I return. I have been screwing them for years!

I don't know, I have always had positive experiences with Nissan. I currently own a Nismo 350Z and Titan Pro4x and love them both. I also have not been delinquent nor financed through Nissan before.

@@tconua777 I also attend Z car conventions. Nissan did all kinds of nice things for attendees. I was part of the drive in reveal for the new Z model. Nissan gave everyone swag bags, and paid for food trucks to feed all of the attendees. They also did VIP tours of their plant and all kinds of other nice things.

Yeah, the proof is in the silencing of ideas. Guilty as charged. I am trying to get make the point you are doing a great job but need to realize your potential audience is larger than your local demographic and ideology. You are on to something really good, and could be great. But maybe the ideology and particular audience you want is in that small bubble, if thats the case then so be it, its your right and hard work making the production. My opinion is its a good production, make the most of it. Hat's off for the good job you are doing well. So much potential, kind of a shame.

So every comment is how bad NMAC is...but what about the people who put their name on a contract and didn't pay? Oh, and who leaves personal items in a vehicle that's in arrears anyway?! I understand a lot of folks have been laid off, but think people think!

Hello guys, question for you. I went to www.findthebestcarprice.com/insider and entered information, and I didn't get a list like the one you show on your screen. Just the message that dealers would be contacting me. How do I get the list you displayed in the video?

Ya know what’s great about driving a 16 year old car with 190,000 miles on it? Nobody is gonna repossess it and nobody is gonna steal it. Granted, the greatest thing is no monthly payment, then cheap insurance ... then it starts going south from there ...

Victor this isn't about dealers this is about a finance company. I'm not saying that there aren't dishonest dealers out there but this video isn't dealing with the dealers either good or bad. Stay safe and thanks for watching, Ray

Oh, but the way cops do it all the time. It is a $450 tow, $40 a day in impound with a 30 day minimum hold here in California. Who in the hell can afford that if they had no money for tags and had to work to eat? Yeah I know some of you do not care.

Maybe people will obey the law then? Oh, wait, that requires taking responsibility for one's actions, not committing crimes to get your car impounded, etc.
