Nissan Titan Custom Modified Intake

How I modified my Nissan Titan intake manifold to increase airflow and fit a 90mm LS throttle body. Note that this is how I did it there may be better ways and try this at your own risk.

Sick!!! I also have a 2008 Nissan Titan, NISMO cat back, volant cold air, csr radiator. This is next as well as long tubes and Cajun b pipes. Will definitely need a tune after it’s all said and done!!

I have a stock vk56 intake and throttle body for sale in Memphis. I FINALLY got the pd90 variable valve intake from predrag after almost 3 years after payment. There are still ppl waiting for theirs to be delivered.

I would have found someone with a metal band saw. Smooth, thin cut all the way through in one shot. I mean, it's done now, but for future reference, if you do this again.

That was the first idea but even a bandsaw we tried on wasn't tall enough.

Yes I just installed it on Saturday. I'm working on the install video tonight. I sent some datalogs to my tuner yesterday to see if we need to adjust anything. You can get the adapter wiring harness from Preformance Racing.

I like where you're going with this. I would deff add alot more jb weld to that. Are you going to run the chevy tb? Or does nissan offer a bigger tb?

I will use the 90mm chev throttle body I have. I already have the Preformance racing kit on my truck.
