I can imagine how it would have been on a truck with high kms, lots of rounded nuts. I was lucky but it was still lots of work.

Thanks I tried filling some gaps that others left out. Credit to the other videos though, this was a very tough video to make and probably took the most effort out of all of my videos to make and very easy to miss something through the process.

@@TitanTown So I Wish you would have showed us you taking of the driver side motor mounts. Why did you take out 2 leave 1 half in and didnt even bother with the fourth?

@TheYammerHammer you can do it with just removing the four bolts from the block and leaving the mount to frame bolts in place. You can loosen the other bolts if needed to line things back up. Another video I watched they removed all four motor mount to block bolts plus the two mount to frame bolts so I was unsure which ones needed to come out.

Very nice! Off subject… I replaced my struts with bilstein 5100 series, control arms (uppers and lower), cv axels and rack& pinion. Afterwards my truck handled better than a brand new one. I miss my 2012 P4X😢

@@TitanTown I got it stuck on a pine tree in sand and tweaked the rack, so I just replaced everything

I traded the 2012 for a 2021 if that’s what you were asking. I regret it completely, the first Gen Titan is a beast compared to the new one…horsepower and torque is higher on the new one but the old Titan wasn’t Nannied’ to death.

Did you paint headers, too? I think I daw them painted, but I don't want to assume. Mine come in the mail next week and was considering painting them as well. Again, great video!

No, my headers came coated (titanium ceramic). I painted the rest of the exhaust. Thanks!

Wish I got the coated jba headers. Probably reduced temps under the hood. Mine have surface rust from 6 years. recommend the ceramics

That's awesome! Where did you get longtube headers? From a JBA Dealer, they said thar due to engine regulations a lot of companies, including JBA have gone away from longtube and only do shorties now and they can't even sell them anymore. (?) - per Cajun Tuning guys And I've searched and searched for coated longtube headers, but no luck. Did you consider going with shorties at all? Is there Big difference in going one way or another? Longtubes you have to get a tune as well.

Yes, but just not many options out there. Not impressed with JBA either after my muffler failed. The internals came loose and rattled around until i replaced it.

​@@TitanTownI just finished this job yesterday you don't need the extensions for the o2 sensors they reached to the bottom bung. I spent over $100 bucks and they didn't even match the connecting points to the o2 sensor.

Yes, I had to retune with uprev to clear it.
