बहुत बढ़िया कोसिश गुरुजी, पर जहाँ तक एसिडिक फूड की बात है कुछ चीजों को तो बिल्कुल छोड़ देना चाहिए जैसे chiness, कोल्ड drinks आदि। इसी तरह और भी जानकारी भरा video बनाते रहिये।

अति सुन्दर गुरु जी आपका सुझाव बहुत ही सुंदर है मे विल्कुल सात्विक हूँ चाय काफी कुछ नहीं पिता चाट समोसा कुछ सिर्फ सादा भोजन लेता हूँ फिर भी विक्नेश रहती है आप एक विडियो डाइट पर बनाए जिसमे सुबह से शाम तक का भोजन केसै ओर कब कितना और क्या खाए इस बनाए इससे काफी मदद मिलेगी आपकी जितनी प्रशंसा की जाए कम है नमस्कारं 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

like dr khadar valli insists that cooked millets if kept for few hours increases value since good bacteria develops making it more digestive etc.. similarly many naturopath insist that all wheat products must be fermented before cooking so that good bacteria/yeast can breakdown indigestible gluten

Thank you for uploading useful video. But I want to know from you that I am pure vegetarian, mostly I eat plant based foods. Also everyday I change my food. I eat plain vegetables like no spices, no chilly, less oily. But I have been facing acidity problem for one year. How can I free from acidity problem? Could you advise me please?

Nice video....Mujhe aap se back pain ke baar me puchna tha ki Mai ab koi bhi 1kg se jayada ki cheez nahi utha pati. Ab mujhe kaisi diet leeni chahiye. Bed rest ki wajh se mera weight me bad gaya hai.
