I ordered mine on 8 June, and I recieved confirmation from FedEx that it will be arriving on 13 Jun and I live in Nova Scotia Canada. Can't complain about that delivery time.

Your commentary on this watch is spot on. I had my mind made up on another watch close to the same price point..... but I'm not sure if I'm gonna pull the trigger yet.... this watch has made me second guess things...

For US residents, make sure they don't describe the watch as swiss movement with asian case like they did mine, it's been held up in customs for weeks with FedEx asking for form after form and one person saying it's been cleared and another not, US buyers beware... I've given up and am having the watch sent back to Nivada Grenchen in hopes of just getting my money back.

An absolute stunner and one that has been on my 'possible' future watch list. I just received 2 days ago the cousin to this watch which has the same case, crown, movement etc but dial and hands are different...the Super Antarctic. An absolute stunner which and sits and fits on my 6.5" perfectly. Problem is the crown action. Big problem. How is yours on this?

Thanks for sharing! Crown screws down perfectly everytime for me. But it is a bit hard to use as its so tiny. when I pull it out to maximum and try to wobble it ...it does wobble tho.

Nivada Grenchen , Grenchen is a small City a walking distance of 1km away from where i live . They will be Sold out soon i guess , since they don't make that many watches .

Be careful with this brand. Since they have been out for a while, problems are being spoken about, like shipping from China and import tax due to a percentage of Chinese parts. My arrived from an AD, totally nonfunctional.

I didn't get the duties charge since I ordered from an AD, just lost $70 for to and from shipping. The duties charge were from other commenters.

This is one of the few watches that I don't like the oem bracelet. I think it looks better on a Forstner. Still a gorgeous watch!

A word of warning, mine arrived totally dead. Put it on the timegrapher after a full wind and no life. Sent it back to the AD for a refund, but lost out on my shipping to and from at $70. Nivada has yet to respond to my message from over three weeks ago. Others have commented that theirs arrived from China, and hit with import taxes, one said $150.

Great review & cool watch! I've just bought a vintage Nivada Grenchen Chronomaster & was considering getting their tropic strap for it. What's the quality like? They are a bit pricey at 83 Swiss Francs!

Good choice! The tropic is probably the best I've ever felt. It is vulcanized rubber and soft. But the keepers bug my wrist as they have the teeth that surrounds the tropic straps.

I thought about the Chronmaster aswell but I found out it has a ghost position so that changed my mind. Got my eye 👁 on the Deptmaster diver no date. That has no ghost date position. I hate ghost dates it just cheapen the watch imop

soprod is still swiss made and a clone of eta2824. Watches with eta's sell for much more with bigger brand names. But yeah there are tons of options at 1k.

The industry is trending down now. As people start to realize they've been wearing oversized watch's their whole life. The industry is listening and adapting but I agree they should still offer larger sizes for those that have bigger wrists or just like that oversized style.

It was out of stock and now they have a few again , i got an Email from nivada, i imediately bought one with the Flat Link Steel Bracelet , i paid about 1000 Swiss Francs , or about 1140 Dollars i couldn't resist 😔 . I swear this will be the Last Watch i purchased for the next 6 months , i would have waited after returning from Vacation but i couldn't risk it being out of stock again , My closet is filled with watches
