Not all of the reported craft exhibit noise or standard flight characteristics. They are not identifiable as known drone types. They are in definition UAP, Unidentified Aerial Phenomena. Some may be drones as we know them, some may not, but until positive identification is made, they should use the correct terminology. He or they are not going to shoot down Secret Service drones. Like I said before, if an enemy wanted to surveil an area using a drone, they wouldn't turn on it's beacon lights. This is probably some two or three letter agency's excercise and/or test.
