Y'all thought that the first part was my only video at Waldwick? No way! XD. If I film at a particular station, I always make the most of the opportunity and stay at least for 2 hours if nothing else pops up.
The two aspects that surprised me throughout my time roaming around in Hoboken Terminal and Waldwick was the lack of ALP-45As, despite their rather imposing presence in New Jersey Transit and the fact that Train #79 bypassed Waldwick on Track 3 rather than using Track 1 (the middle track). The same applies for Norfolk Southern #H70, which I did not know ran on Sundays.
I was also planning on being able to capture Train #80, which had GP40FH-2 #4902 as the source of power; however, it was over an hour late and since I was about an hour from my house, I decided to leave, especially since I was out since 8am this very same day. One day though, I hope to return to Waldwick during the week and try to capture some additional Port Jervis trains rolling through when time allows.
Furthermore, due to the aforementioned congestion near Hoboken Terminal as I have mentioned in my Hoboken Terminal videos, some of the rotations were shuffled in a strange way to ensure that each line received a functional set in a timely fashion. As a result, there were some trainsets that ended up not returning to the Main/Bergen County Lines and traveled up to Spring Valley as a result.
WIth that being said, the video pretty much speaks for itself, so I will leave it at that. I managed to get decent horn action, in the form of Comet V Cab Car #6009 on Train #1728, GP40PH-2B #4210 on Train #79, and ALP-45DP #4533 on Train #1881, so it was a pretty good introduction to filming at Waldwick for me. If you guys enjoyed the video, please feel free to drop a like, comment, subscribe, share the video with everyone you know, and I will see you all on the next one! :D
