My friend... You have absolutely the best videos about reptiles. I really can't get enough. You put the book out and I will definitely buy it. And if you already have one out please give me a link. I'm 61 years old and watching your videos takes me back to when I was your age and even younger and did the same thing you're doing. Thank you brother.

I have had a huge resident coachwhip down at my hunting camp the past few years. You can tell a difference when he hibernates cause the mice are everywhere. We cut about a foot of his tail off while bush hogging around the camp last weekend. Hopefully he will be ok and keep doing a good job of keeping the mice out the house.

I live in North Georgia myself and I've been kind of bingeing on your videos, I'm always out walking the creeks and I see snakes all the time although I'm not good at identifying them, I see huge king snakes all the time and I catch salamanders and lizards alot as well, I seen a crazy looking leech I put in my last video, I'm not to familiar with Leeches so it kind of freaked me out when I seen it, anyway if you're ever in Cherokee County hit me up and I can take you to some places where you are guaranteed to see alot of snakes, I do recommend pine log WMA if you're ever in this area, there's ALOT of Rocky outcrops up there on ALOT of land and I've seen alot of Rattlesnakes up there, anyway I LOVE your videos, GL&HH

I'm so proud of myself! Normally, seeing snakes would have sent me into a panic trying to kill them. While mowing my yard this weekend I spotted a black racer, a kingsnake, a skink of some sort with a bright blue tail, a brown snake that looked like a smooth earth, and found a skin at the front door. I think the skin may have been from the earth snake or something like it. Went in the compost pile without fear! I have you to thank for that. I now see that snakes aren't necessarily all bad. BTW, your shirt with lizards on it is awesome.

Damn I can't believe you found that Coachwhip. That has to be one of the rarest snakes in N Ga and it's so cool to see that there are a few still around. I used to have one as a pet when I was a kid back in the '70s in SC. Kept him a few yrs then released him😎👍👍

I can watch this video and the Coachwhip handling over and over. I can't get enough of that awesome snake! When you let him go, he is just awesome. So fast he is! I think I've seen all your videos but I haven't seen you find a Bullsnake yet. Am I missing it somewhere in your videos? Coach, Bull and Pine are my all time favorite North American Snakes. Oh, and the Indigo also. Can't leave them out.

I wonder if the lack of Ringneck Snakes around your house is due to the Mole Kingsnake that you recently flipped there? And if, further, the Redbellied Snakes are moving in to take the place of the Ringnecks that the Mole Kingsnake may have devoured?

I had a scarlet snake, maybe, caught in my garage this morning. He looked like he had gotten caught in a sticky big trap. I tried to wash the gluey paper off of his head. I think he is still in my backyard garden. Is there somewhere I can take him to to make sure he is ok? I live in nw Florida
@TheCustomEverythingChannel4 жыл бұрын
Take him to a wildlife reserve or a wildlife place that can relocate him
@edwardmunson38964 жыл бұрын
Shaun: I take it you have a rodent peoblem......I know that glue paper is effective, but it harms reptiles, and amphibians, that are so very beneficial to us. Try freeing a Skink from it. You can't. I have seen song birds trapped by it. Snakes, lizards, even family pets like dogs and cats. Rodent control perfection......domestic cats, rat snakes, king snakes, even some dogs will keep you relatively free of rodents. Just make sure your dogs and cats are up to date on their rabies shots. In my opinion, nothing beats a rat snake or two that hangs around your home. We have a rat snake who has free range of our YARD, not house....YARD. It has adapted to being terrorized by our Beagle. I have been in our backyard grilling out in the late evening and the R S has come out while I sat in my chair by the grill. For the most part, snakes do not like smoke, but this one has come within 10 feet of me. It pays little, if any, attention to me. We have large granite boulders in our yard, and I believe the R S takes it's choice in "housing" My wife, nor I, have seen signs of rodents for years. For that matter, none of our neighbors have either.
@shaunmolamola99234 жыл бұрын
Edward Munson I don’t have a rodent problem, it was the annual pest control guy that put them in the corner of the garage the other day. Occasionally we get some spiders in the house but really nothing to worriesome. I was not a fan of the sticky traps he put so the other day I just tossed them. They didn’t even have bugs on them. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again to him. I do have the occasional skink around the house and I definitely don’t mind them!
@edwardmunson38964 жыл бұрын
@@shaunmolamola9923 I hear that, buddy. Unfortunately, not everyone feels as you and I do. Take care my friend, and stay healthy.
