be proud na lang guys atleast nagstart na ang development. wag na tayong magmagaling pa. puro na lang tayo critics. why not just support it. kung wala ginagawa nagrereklamo. ngaun may ginagawa na ngrereklamo pa rin. wag na po tayo mag asal perpekto at magaling. support na kang natin dahil in the long run tayo naman mgbbenefit sa lahat ng ginagawa.

ito pala ung part ng nlex-slex connector road na by segment hanggang umabot sa slex via skyway stage 2 na mag traverse along PNR... magiging mabilis na ung byahe from north to south and vice versa... aside from this, meron ding underconstruction na manila skyway stage 3 na magcoconnect din ng nlex at slex na mas shorter ang distance of travel... galing!!

We have to be thankful to our president mayor RRD dahil siya lang at si former P.Marcos ang may magandang iniisip para sa ating bayan wala ng iba pa kaya kung ang mga kaalyado ni RRD ang manalo nitong darating na election ay Lalo pang bibilis ang pag unlad ng pilipinas dahil si pangulong Duterte lang ang may magandang adhikain para sa ating bansang pilipinas

Suggestion: Heavy loaded trucks or even smaller one with heavy load also should be traversing the right slow lane portion to prevent them from going too fast which could endanger other vehicles who are also traveling normally fast along a faster lane. Safety first is the name of the game in all aspects to avoid accidents, or even life.

Sobrang trapic sa NLEX-balintawak exit kagabi (29Dec2016) dahil sa congestion sa Balintawak Market, walang pakilaam ginawang parking lot ang edsa-balintawak hiway. Palagay ko panahon na yan tangalin at ilipat sa ibang lugar. It is stupid to put a big market just across a major hiway like edsa-balintawak, its an issue waiting to happen at panahon na para ilipat yan sa ibang lugar kung saan mayron itong ample space for parking space.

Aabangan ko to sa martes . tama na muna ang mga skyway, Yung Hybrid ELECTRIC Train ng PNR sana gumawa sila ng trains from Batanes papunta sa central luzon, sa Palawan, Boracay, Metro Cebu at Ilo-ilo.

I see one good suspended Bridge which showcase engineering ingenuity and elegance and that is the bridge in Bamban, Tarlac at the boundary between Pampanga and Tarlac. I wish it'still looks the way it was today.

I hope they build infrastructure which includes the aesthetic values. It has to be appealing to the eyes not just a mere structure. Just like what they do in Qatar, every structures are done with good architectural designs. Also practice good maintenance not only in all government properties but in private properties as well. This is what we are lacking in to make a conducive environment Cleaner environment and well-maintained facilities will promote tourism that generates income and jobs. Who would dare visit an un-appealing and dirty place? Not the tourist? Are you?

Sana ibalik ang railways pang cargo... Bakit pala nawala yun? Dati naman gamit na gamit ang railways to carry goods... Nung nauso trucking bigla lumubog yun? Or napabayaan ng govt kaya lumipat sa trucking?

Private corporation naman daw ang may ari nyan. Kaya hindi magandang investment daw ng bayan yan, at gumastos pa daw ng public funds sa project na yan. Kaya nga daw may toll gate fees, at yung bayad na yun is to maintain while under contract sa private corporation.

+lloydallequir0850 Private Public Partnership ay isang elitist form of privatization of nation's real wealth. Its a transfer of assets from the public property to a multi-national corporations. The government is broke, and cannot function its infrastructures. So the needs of fundings for maintenance. Due to the fact the government is broke, and that taxing the population is not anymore conventional. So the resolution is to allow global and multi national corporation to bid on such needed infrastructure, agency, properties, and so on. Whoever got the bidding is the new stakeholders, and have the most assets are the one can switch whatever that needs changes, and public voting has no chance the outcome of the process. Because their assets and property are sold to the highest bidder under the new corporate stakeholders!

The government is broke due to failures from successive administration all the way to Aquino. It's good that development in infrastructure is being done but at what cost to the Filipino people? These should have been government-sponsored projects to begin with. It's true though that this whole video is not even close to an engineering marvel as one would suggest. Due to its corrupt administration of the past the country is way behind when it comes to highway infrastructures from other developing nations in Asia. Duterte is maybe the hope that the country is waiting for, he needs to clean up the house!

Roy Yor - I agreed. There are many iconic buildings and places that have been neglected by Filipinos, let alone the Philippine National Railways who used to be 1st in Asia and ALL of them are gone. It won’t be long that these showcases will also disappear IF there is no RIGHT maintenance in place!

More suggestion: Heavy loaded trucks or vehicles must not traverse the middle and extreme lanes to the left of the road to avoid them from speeding thereby preventing the sudden occurence ofaccidents.

Nag research ka ba bago ka mag comment? Oo naman bayad lahat ng private houses na tinamaan at ang price amount ay based sa tax payed nila yearly. Now ung mga squatter naman na tinamaan ay inilipat sa pabahay thru NHA houses sa bignay. Now hindi mo alam yun dba at hindi mo din alam na yearly tumataas ang volume ng vehicular owner ng pinas at nasa 350k yearly new vehicle xmpre hindi mo pa din alam yun. PPP kasi walang pondo ang gobyeryo ng pinas para sa ganitong project at dahil hindi mo alam after ng 30 years isosoli ng metro pacific company sa goverment ng pinas ang nlex kasama na ang new alignment. Marami ka pang alam at puro ka reklamo ang tanong nag babayad ka ba ng buwis? O isa kang squatter at ugaling squatter na mag cocomment lang basta basta. Sinagot na kita sana maintindihan mo na. Kung alam mo lang kung gaano ka trapik lalo na sa samson road papuntang makati. Malaking tulong ito sa mga pilipino na kumakayod para mabuhay tandaan mo yan. Kung may reklamo ka talaga mag reklamo ka sa govt offices ukol sa pinag lalaban mo.

Inisip na yan dati no! Eh walang pera ang Pinas noon! Ngayon andaming pera ng Pinas so natural lang na ngayon yan gawin Magkano budget ng Pinas noong year 2000?? wala man P1 trillion pero napagawa ang Skyway stage 1 at 2 ngayon halos P4 trillion ang pondo Naisip na yan noong 1980s ni Marcos pero walang pera ang Pinas kaya kailangan pa niya utangin yung pera pampagawa ng NLEX at SLEX pati narin ung Bataan Nuclear Plant na binasura lang ni Cory inutang ni Marcos yung pera para maipagawa ang NLEX, SLEX atbp mga kalsada, schools, powerplants Kase walang pera ang Pilipinas noon kaya kailangan natin umutang para i develop ang bansa Ngayon palang nakakaramdam ng pag unlad ang Pilipinas na diredirecho mula year 2007 na hindi nauudlot ng crisis Mag isip ka nga! Sharing: Noong hindi pa nagsanib-puwersa ang SCTEX at NLEX sa Easytrip, I thought it was unfair for Easytag users to be delayed with checking-in at the Sta. Ines tollgate, kaya sumabay ako sa mga non-easytaggers na dire-diretso lang sa pagpasok sa NLEX. They don't need a ticket, kasi BY DEFAULT, a lost ticket means that you will pay the whole length from the FIRST ENTRY POINT (in this case, Sta. Ines). How convenient, di ba? So kung magbabayad ka sa CASH booth, let's say, sa SAN FERNANDO exit you will pay the amount corresponding to having a Sta. Ines ENTRY TICKET. Right? Kahit mag-EC tag exit ka, RIGHT? (ILLOGICALLY) Wrong. Kapag di ka nag-check-in sa EC tag gate, tapos sa EC tag gate ka lumabas, aba'y hindi lang ang Sta. Ines to San Fernando (Southbound) ang ikakaltas sa balance mo, pati Balintawak to Sta. Ines (Northbound)! ANG LAKING KALOKOHAN, DI BA?!!! Hindi talaga ako maka-move-on sa experience kong iyan.

One thing to notice sa mga road system natin. Ang daling ma bura yung dividing line sa mga lanes. Tapos ang mga concrete sa road at sa mga barriers ang pangit ng texture. Kabago bago pa lang na road, parang napaka dirty na ang texture ng concrete sa road at sa mga concrete barrier. Tingnan nyo ang video ng mga bagong roads sa ibang bansa, ang gaganda pagkagawa at ang ganda yung texture ng concrete at road system nila. Talagang quality ang pagkagawa nila. Pero sa ating kabago bago pa lang, mukhang dirty na at napaka chaotic pa ang design at feel ng mga roads. Do a better job naman.

+DeLaCruzer11 You're probably comparing it to Middle East countries which doesn't have rainy season and not that much container truck traffic compare to Philippines. I'd travelled to California, Iowa, Singapore, Hongkong and UK but there wasn't any difference when it comes to road infrastructures.

+Earl Gates It's about quality. Other countries are much better and has a higher standard in the way they construct their infrastructure like roads than the Philippines. California, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, etc. they get rains too and their road system are much better than the Philippines and in the middle east, specially the oil rich countries, they have money and that translate to better quality construction for their roads. I don't agree that the countries you've mention that their road infrastructure wasn't any different than ours. In fact, according to an article I've read before, our country lag behind our ASEAN neighbors in infrastructure and quality of infrastructure, and way behind the more developed countries of the world.

Can you identify other tactical and strategic solutions on the daily traffic situation on the Balintawak entry point? Since the early 2000's, the traffic volume there even on off peak hours has been worsening. The Mindanao / Valenzuela exit did not do any help, so does this project probably.

Its good that the Philippines is progressing in Construction Technology...BUT SAD TO SAY THIS IS ORDINARY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN EUROPEAN and MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES....and the DESIGN, ENGINEERING and TECHNOLOGY we are WAY BEHIND even in SINGAPORE or MALAYSIA......WHAT KIND OF ENGINEERING MARVEL????

The road building is not an engineering mavel. More difficult road and bridges has been build by other countries. Getting the right of way is the big issue in the PH.

stop bastardizing the word "innovation"..those you claim to have innovated in your projects are standards. Parang gumawa ka ng bahay then sasabihin mong innovation mo ang poste at bintana. You can have said your projects are up to the level of world class standards by using crash crumple zones, rumble strips, turn out etc.
