How higher are the chances of injured lower shortening after healing? And how many mm. shortening is okay?

Slide in lateral plate fix a distal fragment with k wires avoiding notch and give traction verify valgus and length and fix plate proximally with screw or kwire and go fix proximal screws come down and correct extension of distal fragment and fill all screws Slide in anteromedial plate fix percutaneously or atleast 5mm tens nail done with the case now wait for heal
