This time, I think something might be broken-it's the first time I couldn’t find a planet that matches the expedition milestone requirements (an airless planet). You can look for planets with the following classifications to find one: - Terraforming Catastrophe - Dead - Empty - Desolate - Lifeless - Forsaken - Life-Incompatible - Low Atmosphere - Airless - Abandoned

I did not upgrade the hyperdrive and ran into one planet that counts along the route.

I finished it yesterday following your old tutorial and thats one of the main things the hung me up also you do not need to do all those steps to get the sentinel intercepter as they give you one in a later milestone I'm pretty sure

Abandoned isn't one of the airless planets unless the game itself is bugged. Was on an Abandoned planet about an hour ago and it did not count

After building all the base parts make sure to delete them to get your resources back. Saves a lot of time

I've encountered a really funny but good glitch. When you go to get a sentinel ship at rendezvous 1 galaxy, head to the base called "radiant flight + sentinel ship". After a while, the ship will just fly off. Then a korvax will land with it and you'll be able to claim it for free! Zero credits spent or materials for repairing the ship 😂

Honestly i started the expedition without anything this time. Because you can earn 10k+ nanites to your main save

Ever since I found out you can just start from a save and go back to it and collect these "extra" rewards that's what I've been doing. Not too difficult starting from scratch the last few expeditions. I'll do this one next week. So far you're able to manage starting from scratch on this one?

@krishrocks11 yeah you can either choose to not bring anything into the expedition (how im doing it) or bring tech and resources. I just wanted to make the expeditions more part of my original save (nanites etc that aren't from the expedition rewards)

I finished everything but the optional research missions. Do I really have to wait for the community to finish them? I’ve scanned everything on each planet lol, it sucks if I have to wait because I’m not

If you want these rewards then yes, unfortunately :( Just make sure you claim them before the expedition ends

DON'T end the expedition yet.. wait until the optional rewards are available.. You can still claim rewards from your other saves

As far as I remember, you can claim any reward only once, so if it's lost then it's lost. Moreover, if you claimed it in the original Omega expedition, you won't get a second one from Redux (my footage at the end of the video confirms that I can't claim Starborn Runner for the second time)

What about the optional milestones, can you transfer the eggs you get to your main save by the terminal i came in to the expedition, if not then the eggs are useless

You can get them from a quicksilver companion afaik, I somehow managed to get mine in the original Omega

finding the 3rd rendezvous is not finding as im nearing 200,000 light year warping spree and still not close to it. same thing happened for last expedition

what I did in one of previous expeditions when the same thing happened to me was to teleport to the last rendezvous space station I have in the list of stations and from there follow the green line and it should take you to your next rendezvous if you have it as an active quest

For the grand tour mission, i keep photographing the 3 types of planets i need for it (scorched, frozen, airless), but it is still saying that I have 0/3 photographed. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I'm on ps5

Hey. I was having the same problem. I was holding the button to take a pic fast, but it wasn’t working. When I pressed normally and clicked in the option of take screenshot, it worked for me. Hopefully it works for you as well.

Almost 3 hours in and these sentinels will not drop a echo locator. I've got so many sentinal boundary plot courses i'mma about to loss my mind. lol

Oh, well, the blue containers have a very high chabnce of yielding one. Another option is to hunt for dissonance resonators, but the mission didn't propose that, so I'm not sure how well it will work

@28389b I have been, jumping to cadmium systems, checking any planet that seems like it would be airless, abandoned ones, lifeless ones and others.

@@natebeckius5052 it took me going to like 8 different red systems to find one there still kinda rare in them “desolate planets” were the only ones I found on them that were airless
