@@imhereforitall9218 Marquette curb stomped Kansas on a NEUTRAL court by 20 points. Kansas is ranked #2 so you must really think they are overrated. Wanna know the truth? I'll let you in on a little secret. Playing in other teams' stadiums in college can be impossible at times... did you know they even use different BRANDS of basketballs at each different school? Forget about home court officiating and noise issues... like Marquette already showed they are a great team on a neutral court, they almost won Maui (most difficult college b-ball tournament of all time) after beating UCLA and Kansas and then taking Purdue to the wire.... they won the big East last year by MULTIPLE GAMES! They won the big East TOURNAMENT ALSO last year. And brought back almost everyone! They are a top 5 team in the nation. One road game doesn't change that. It's a make or miss league and sometimes you get unlucky or you run into a team at the wrong time.

As a Kansas fan, I heard a ton of chirping from Marquette fans after they convincingly beat my Jayhawks. Has anyone noticed who lost this weekend? No. 1 Purdue, No. 3 Marquette, No. 4 UConn, and No. 12 Kentucky lost to mid-major UNC-Wilmington at Kentucky. There is NO NEED to put down other fans’ programs just because on one particular night you handed them a loss. Learn to win with class not act a fool.

As a fan of both teams, this game was exactly the kind that I hate to watch. One team was allowed to play twice as physically on D while also getting to the line 14 more times. Not calling it close to equally ruined what's usually an amazing matchup

The better team "DOES NOT" always win. MU is clearly the better team. They did not take the Badgers seriously and played down to their competition. It happens. Also the Badgers had the refs on their side. The same refs that helped Northwestern beat Duke the night before. So it is not really a true win for the Badgers but it will assist them in being ranked next wk but by tourney time the Badgers will be toast as usual. @@chriskay1449

I don't think they play their A game when they play the Badgers. Sometimes it appears they play down to their competition and think their talent alone will pull them across the finish line. Looks like they just assisted the Badgers in being ranked next wk.
