Oreo cream cake
Moist chocolate cake:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/8 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 cup milk powder(less if preferred)
2 cups brown sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups hot water
Oreo cream:
740ml all purpose cream, chilled overnight
300ml condensed milk, chilled overnight
1 cup oreo,crushed
1 tbsp gelatin, clear & unflavored(soaked in 3 tbsp water)
3-4 tbsp hot water
White chocolate sauce:
1 cup evaporated milk
2 cups white chocolate, chopped
