I just made this tonight and it was so easy and quick! I used store bought cream cheese and a frozen pack of strawberries for the glaze, but this short-cut didnt change the result. It came out absolutely perfect! Definitely do keep the cream cheese out to get room temperature. Thank you Ruby Ji, this is a great dessert idea

U have not added either gelatine or cornflour to set the cheese cake. Without these two items how will it become stiff nd take its shape. Will it not be too soft? I m just enquiring because in other recipes they have either added eggs nd baked it or otherwise added gelatin or cornflour in some cases. I really liked the recipe so clearing my doubts.
