For anyone who doesn’t have the machine to crush the cookies, you can use a rolling pin and a gallon-size bag. Works just as well as the machine, but it definitely takes longer. Great recipe!!!

As Lotus Biscoff is vegan, I tried a plant based version and it tasted sooo good! 😍🌱I used vegan butter/cream cheese/whipped cream and did it the same as in the recipe ☺ Recommend!!!

Pra quem é do Brasil, traduziram como requeijão mas parece ser cream cheese! Esse biscoito se acha nos melhores supermercados de SP e alguns de Curitiba. E ele tem canela. Se não encontrar na sua cidade use o biscoito maisena comum e acrescente uma pitada de canela. ( coloque aos pouquinhos e vá experimentando).

You can make the biscuit base with oreos and then do nutella spread with creamcheese and at the end pour microwave nutella on top . It will turn into a nutella cheesecake n even that tastes amazing .. decorate it with ferrero rocher chocolate
