Ingredients
1 Pkt of cookies
100 Grams of melted butter
750 Grams of cream cheese
400ml of thickened cream

i love this recipe it's one of my favorites , i sometimes crush oreos instead of biscuits and it tastes amazing but i think 50 grams of butter is more than enough.

Made this tonight I used normal sugar and habit of icing sugar and only used 500gms of cream cheese and topped the end product with lemon zest this was so so easy thanks loads for sharing I look forward to trying out a lot more of your recipes :)

When I make no-bake cheesecake I crumble some lemon pound cake, dry it out, and mix it with butter. Makes a great crust.

I will. Actually a lot of what i make is gluten free. I use gluten free flour & other things in my recipes :D

I like this fast & easy pie. I make a pumpkin version of it, but the pumpkin is cooked in a pot with the condensed milk, 2 eggs and spices until belching like lava and let to cool before mixing the sugar & cheese in (without the butter). Liked.

Hey, you can add strawberry syrup when you add sugar and starts mixing, and garnish it with canned strawberry or fresh sliced, if you like before putting it into fridge. that would do.
