So glad I found your recipe video! Love that you used chocolate to set instead of peanut butter. Nothing to do with peanut allergies...just a huge fan of chocolate than peanut butter ! Have you tried toasting the oats before using it in the recipe or would that affect the final cookie ? Also, would you be able to share the brand of chocolate you used ? Thanks !

Chocolate chips are softer than dark chocolate so the cookies will be a bit softer/chewier
