No-Bake / No-Egg / Easy Fruit Mini Cheesecake Recipe

Hello~~^^
I'm Boone Bake.
Today, we will make a no-baked cheesecake that can be made without baking using delicious fruits.
It's a recipe that doesn't use an oven, so it's a good dessert when it's hard to be in front of the oven like these days.
You can make a very pretty cake without special decoration.
It will be a good cake even for those who weren't confident in their decor.
It has a higher yogurt content than regular cheesecake, so it's more refreshing.
There is also a point in the video where you can taste the thicker yogurt, so please check it out.
The taste of this simple cheesecake, which ends with each person's favorite fruit, is never simple.
It tastes really good.

▇ Ingredients
(7cm * 3.5 cm / 6 pieces)
♥ Yogurt cheesecake
80g Whole Wheat Cookies
6g sugar
40g unsalted butter
170g cream cheese
100g plain yogurt (Drained yogurt weight)
60 g sugar
7g powdered gelatin
35g water
10ml lemon juice
200g Heavy cream
♥ Lemon transparent jelly
150g water
6g lemon juice
27g sugar
6g powdered gelatin
30g water
Fruit (mango, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, dragon fruit, grapefruit, green grape...)
** how to make
1. Add the shattered whole wheat cookies, sugar, and unsalted butter, mix, and Pour it into the mold.
2. After pressing firmly, harden in freezing.
3. Add cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and fresh cream, and loosen smoothly.
4. Mix the melted gelatin.
5. Pan about 2cm in the mold.
6. Harden in refrigeration.
7. Add water, sugar, lemon juice, and melted gelatin to make lemon transparent jelly.
8. Make it like a video.
9. Harden for 4-5 hours in refrigeration.

I made them finally and they turned out so pretty, light, and decadent!! 😀 I found pink dragon fruit, mini kiwis, blackberries, and blueberries and they looked great. Mini cheesecakes sin hornear Para la base de galleta Mini moldes sin fondo envueltos con Liga y plástico de cocina 80 gramos de galletas 1 cucharada de azúcar 1/4 de taza de mantequilla derretida Para el relleno de queso 170 gramos de queso crema a temperatura ambiente 1 taza de yogurt natural 60 gramos de azúcar 1 cucharada de jugo de limón 1 cucharada de escencia de vainilla 200ml. De crema para batir 7 gramos de grenetina hidratada disuelta en 1/4 de taza de agua Los mezclamos bien los rellenamos en 6 moldes sin fondo 100ml. De gelatina preparada transparente de limón 1 mango 1 pitahaya 1 toronja 1 kiwi 1 taza de frutos rojos 1 taza de muscat de uva Los rellenamos y los metemos el refrigerador para que cuaje bien de 4 a 5 horas toda la noche.

This BEAUTIFUL. I love to try a lot of her recipes but i dont understand the amount of ingredients she ad its in some other type of writing. Exact recipes use metric system to weigh ingredients. You just need a kitchen scale with grams. It is much more precise than American measurements.

Creo que falta poner una recomendación: Cuando añadan la gelatina a la mezcla de yogurt, queso crema y crema de leche, nunca... ¡NUNCA! La añadan si está caliente, así sea que esté un poco tibia, porque de inmediato se les va a cortar la crema de leche y se les daña todo. La crema de leche puede ser engañosa, por ejemplo, si la baten demasiado se vuelve mantequilla, o si le añaden un líquido sin mezclar primero una pequeña porción de la mezcla, se les separan los ingredientes.
