That's a good question! My 18yr daughter is Vegan, she has severe food allergies, esp dairy allergies, i'd love to know if vegan cream cheese can be used in this recipe.

I'm hoping that my "friends" will keep their grubby hands off till dessert time. I wanted to let you know that I made your recipe for Apple & Bacon Stuffed Pork Loin, wonderful! Everyone raved about it, there were no leftovers for the next day. Your Creamy Chicken Stew with Bacon & Parmesan recipe was a huge hit with my neighbors. Our get-together that week was such fun and filling, they still talk about your stew to this day. I've made your recipe for Mom’s Old-Fashioned Spritz Butter Cookies over and over, soooo delicious!!
