How to make No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake 免烤奧利奧起司蛋糕作法【ASMR】

Ingredients for 6” Round Cake mold
Cookie Base:
Oreo 6 ea
Unsalted Butter 27 g
No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake:
Cream Cheese 150 g
Sugar 40 g
Sour Cream 26 g
Powdered Gelatin 4 g
Water 25 g
Heavy Cream 135 g
Dark Chocolate 40 g
No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake:
Cream Cheese 150g
Sugar 20 g
Sour Cream 26 g
Oreo Cream 7 pcs
Powdered Gelatin 4 g
Water 25 g
Heavy Cream 150 g
Oreo Cookies 7 pc
Decoration:
Heavy Cream 100 g
Powdered Sugar 1 T
Oreo Crumbs 6-7 pc
Steps:
Cookie Base:
1. Crush Oreos into small pieces
2. Add melted butter and mix together
3. Pour the base into a cake pan lined with parchment paper
4. Spread it out evenly throughout the mold, and press it down
No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake:
1. Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath
2. Combine softened cream cheese with sugar. Mix
3. Add in sour cream. Mix
4. Stir together powdered gelatin and water. Let the powder absorb all the liquid. And then melt it over a hot water bath
5. Add the melted gelatin to the cream cheese mixture. Mix
6. Whip heavy cream to soft-peak and combine with melted chocolate
7. Combine the two mixtures together. Pour into the cake pan. Smooth the top, cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours
No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake:
1. Separate the Oreos into cookie and cream
2. Combine softened cream cheese with sugar and Oreo cream. Mix
3. Add in sour cream. Mix
4. Whip heavy cream to soft peak. Pour into the cream cheese mixture
5. Chop the Oreo cookies into pea-size shapes
6. Fold into the cream cheese whipped cream mixture
7. Pour into the mold, onto the chocolate cheesecake
8. Refrigerate for 4 hours
Decoration:
1. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar to soft-peak
2. Spread a thin layer of the cream on top and around of the cheesecake
3. Sprinkle the Oreo crumbs on top and on the sides

磨碎的奧利奧餅乾 6-7 片
步驟:
餅乾底部:
1. 將奧利奧磨碎後加入融化的奶油。拌勻
2. 倒入舖了烘培紙的蛋糕模型。 把它平均壓平在模型裡
免烤巧克力起司蛋糕:
1. 將巧克力融化
2. 將軟化的奶油乳酪和白砂糖加在一起。拌勻
3. 加入酸奶油。攪勻
4. 將清水加入吉拉丁粉。攪勻。熱水隔溫融化後加入奶油乳酪糊裡。攪勻
5. 把鮮奶油打到成型後加入融化的巧克力。拌勻
6. 然後加入到奶油乳酪糊裡。拌勻
7. 倒入模具。平均的鋪平,蓋上保鮮膜
8. 放入冰箱冷藏4小時
免烤奧利奧起司蛋糕
1. 將奧利奧的餅乾部分和內餡分開。 把餅乾的部分切成豌豆般的大小
2. 將軟化的奶油乳酪,白砂糖和奧利奧餡加在一起。攪勻
3. 加入酸奶油。攪勻
4. 將清水加入吉拉丁粉裡。攪勻。熱水隔溫融化後加入到奶油乳酪糊裡。拌勻
5. 將鮮奶油打到成型後和切好的奧利奧餅乾一起加入到奶油乳酪糊裡。 拌勻
6. 倒入模具中,平均鋪平。蓋上保鮮膜放入冰箱冷藏4小時
裝飾:
1. 在鮮奶油裡加入糖粉,打到成型
2. 在蛋糕上和周圍塗上薄薄的一層鮮奶油
3. 在周圍和上面撒上一層碎的奧利奧餅乾
