😂Hi Granny. You got a good deal on the chicken. Right now any time you can get a good deal on food, especially meat, go for if you are able to. I was totally out of Chicken and hamburger. I was able to get a package of drumstick(14) in pkg for a little over $5. I usually only eat 1 per meal, so that's going to last me a long time. I also got a pkg of Leg Quarters for a little over $5. There were only 4 quarters in the pkg, but they are huge! I already cooked one up and there was enough meat for three meal...

Best I can do on bone in/skin on thighs is .99 when on sale, otherwise lowest is 1.29/lb. I go early to catch any meat that's marked down. With beef, even when it's marked down I can't justify the price. 👍🍽🤗❤️👋

Well I for one don't have any chicken spies in the Carolinas slurking around to tell on ya! LOL Good find Granny. I would bake em tonight then air fryer them up every day and have variety chicken every night. I had such a bad morning I had to go get a cheap lunch deal ( big veggie fried rice for #7.95 ) at my favorite kinda pricey place. There was so much food, I got lunch for 2 days and hubby got dinner and 2 lunches too. I added lil salad shrimps to his ( to get rid of em! lol ). My price with tip was $10.95. That's not bad per meal. Oh and I may be talking to the Police later because I opened up the door to the wrong car in the Dr.'s office. I wonder what the jail serves for lunch? Lol

I picked up 3 pork shoulder roasts the other day that we're marked down to$1.70/pound. Just roasting them up, my family would eat each on in 2 or 3 meals. Instead I canned them all making 18 pint with enough left over for 5 arts of pork and beans. You have to take advantage of a good deal and stretch it.
