I don’t know how tight the wire is in the tubing , but sometimes you can get a piece of string and tie it to the wiring and and blow it through the tubing with air and then tug it through.

You can lube the wires with Iso Alcohol to make them pull through conduits easier. Then it flashes off shortly after work is done.

Easier to get some 0.20 thou aircraft safety wire and heat shrink to wire and walla pull it thru! and why you waiting for optimas lots of other bats on the market might even think to switch to nicad. Nice work thou another time saver might be to metal stamp all your parts before shipping out to chrome draw a small schematic with all # and part locations, these systems lot more complex then the setups we put together in the late 70s.
