Totally agree with the running slow and vibing when dieting man. It can be such a give and take when we run + lift trying to balance both to give our best in each. Good shit man 🤘

Do you feel intermittent fasting holds you back a little with training twice a day as you are waiting longer for the food to recover your body?
@nathanfrenchy
@nathanfrenchy 7 ай бұрын
At first yes but once I learned that if I eat enough the night before it feels better honestly than having a meal in my system in the morning

What are your macros and what you burn a day with all your training?
@nathanfrenchy
@nathanfrenchy 7 ай бұрын
I’d estimate I burn like 3200, I track protein and cals so I try to get at least 220g protein from 2500-2700 cals

What are your thoughts about increasing mileage if someone struggles to run the whole time? i.e can't run a mile straight does it make sense to increase distance if I still need short rest periods of walking.

Hey brotha! I would focus on running a half mile first then use a walk/run method or jog as slow as possible until you can run a mile. Slow and steady you can go further than you think it’s a lot in your head
