I had a dodge window van , turned it into a camper and used it a lot. Also had an old bread delivery truck,did same with it,bunk beds and all the other nessesaties, wish I had them today 😢

I didnt see a bathroom i your tiny house. Wouldnt take much room for a shower and a toilet. Youll get around to digging a well. And if i was you id dig in a cess pool. But dig both pretty close to your house and green house. And kitchen sink and apartment size stove and a half size refrigerator and a small box freezerthat should be all you can have in that small area. And a small table. Youd have to think about if you wanted all your water on the same end of the bottom floor. I would. Like wall off a walkin closet area for the shower and toilet. Then on the kitchen side of that wall put your sink and cabinets. And your fridge and freezer on front wall and table on back wall. Then your wood stove front corner other end. With a couch and your desk and computers. I dont know if id want my storage up top though. You gotta haul it all up stairs. Get a shed and put all in totes and and stack and label each tote. If your non perisable storage is in a shed. You could rearange down stairs and have your office up top with a regular size bed. With so little room. Every inch counts. But a bathroom and kitchen sink with cabinets is a must. Along with a water well and ceptic tank.

@greengregs well some homeless people would kill fir a van and home. Make your own community of van livers in exchange for labor and community. Make sure to do some vetting on your homeless people.
